I am a thirty-something year old witch, priestess, and homeschooling mom living in Northern Illinois with my husband and our two young children. Many LJ pagans may know me as the founder of (the now defunct) mail swap community Full Moon Swaps and I am also the creator of Nature Nurtured (http://www.naturenurtured.com) a web-resource for those seeking to nurture a magickal home life.
I like reading whenever I get the chance, traveling, attending pagan gatherings and witchcraft workshops, discovering new vegan restaurants, studying natal chart astrology, incorporating my beliefs into my day-to-day life, and hosting events and parties and meetups. :)
I journal about paganism, parenting, philanthropy, travel, and frugality. I write about the classes I take, the rituals I attend and/or lead, and the things that strike me in my day-to-day life. I am making a dedicated effort to post at least every other day.
At LiveJournal, I'm looking for true connections with like-minded people. My very best friends have come from my Friends List--I'm a true believer in the power of LJ to bring people together. I want to get to know people, what they think and what they value, and I frequently get to travel to meet my Friends List folks in person. I'm always looking for spiritual, optimistic, kind-hearted people who value personal responsibility, a positive outlook, and social justice. I like feeling involved in the lives of other people--even if that means reading their grocery lists and the results of their medical tests. :) In fact, the more the better, I think.
