A conversation over dinner:
Me: Graeme, if you could have any animal as a best friend, who would you pick?
Graeme: Elephant! Elephant's my best friend.
Me: What animal do you think is Mama's best friend?
Graeme: A tree!
Me: Well, that's sweet. Mama does like trees, you're right.
Graeme: Trees are nice friends. Windows are nice friends, too. An owl! An owl! Owls are nice friends, best friend.

Here's a couple shots from the first 300+ digital photos that Graeme took yesterday/today on his little toddler cam. :D The resolution is crap but the thing can take a beating. Eventually I'll teach him to use my camera.

The lady behind BPAL has a young daughter. She gives her disposable cameras and has added a blog for her called the Toddler Photography Project. :D

But yes, it has been hugely fascinating to see the world through Graeme's eyes. He takes 60% of his images of the squares and geometric patterns on our area rugs. 15% self-portraits and the other 25% of random toys, images on television, his feet, our shirts, the ceiling lights. Ha! Very entertaining.
