windinthemaples: A lane of red maple trees in riotous fall color. (book magick)
[personal profile] windinthemaples
I owe Daniel $825. Repaying that without a job takes some creativity. I should be repaying it by turning a profit on the My Little Ponies I've bought this month. I'd like to try and keep some of them, though, which means earning money through other outlets. I thought it might help me get started to sell off some of my vegan/vegetarian cookbooks and pagan/magick themed books that I don't do much referencing of these days. I'm posting them here first before I tried to sell the leftovers elsewhere. :) Maybe one of my veg or pagan friends will find what they have been looking for! :)

Prices do not include shipping. I will use Media Mail for U.S. addresses to keep the costs as low as possible. If you'd like a shipping estimate before you commit to buy, let me know and I'll package and weigh the books you're interested in for an exact shipping amount. I'm going the quick route here in listing them because I imagine the people most interested in these types of books will know what they are. If you're not sure which one it is, let me know and I'll get you more information, an Amazon link, etc. All of the books are in excellent condition unless noted.

You may find the shipping cost prohibitive since its nearly a 3 lb book! The prices I could come up with for USPS is $11.87 in a padded envelope or $12.85 if I put it in a sturdy cardboard box. :/ So that'd be $19.87 or $20.85, depending which you chose.

If you want to go ahead, I'm using lovablefinds@gmail.com as my PayPal. Otherwise, I'd understand if you decided to try and find it cheaper in Canada.

I will take it and I would like it sent in a box. I will pay immediately!

Thanks a lot!

$3 The Craft (Morrison)
Spell-a-Day: Lead A Charmed Life All Year Round

I would be interested in these two... will you ship to Sweden?

Oh and Candlelight Spells (Dunwich) too :-)

I would. :) Let me weigh them and get a shipping estimate for you.

Again, shipping something this heavy this far may cost far more than you're willing to pay. The cost of shipping the three books is $22.80. So with the price of the books, that'd come out to a total of $31.80.

If you're interested, you can PayPal me at lovablefinds@gmail.com.

I'd understand, though, if that seemed too much to pay for my little garage sale. :) Let me know if I should hold them for you.

I would love American Harvest: Regional Recipes for the Vegetarian Kitchen and Easy Vegetarian Dinners! :D <3 Our zip code is 14013!

The Media Mail rate for those would be $3.55. So that'd be a total of $8.55. :) (to lovablefinds@gmail.com ) :D I hope you enjoy them. Easy Vegetarian Dinners is great because it is giant and glossy with big, full-color photos. The American Harvest is all Hoppin' John and corn bread and just--such happy traditional foods from all over. :)

*LOVE* I can't WAIT--they both look so amazing~ :) Jenn is going to love Easy Vegetarian Dinners--she loves to experiment with simple, fun recipes.

I THINK I have Vegan Planet, but if I don't have it, I would LOVE it. Jenn is very, very sick today, so I can't call her to check (;;;-;;;), but I'll see when I get home. Your prices are awesome, lady. :) Do you want me to link this at my journal?

From: [identity profile] sugarmaplelife.livejournal.com
Sure, a link would be lovely. :)

I'll hold Vegan Planet for you until you can check. It's a crazy-big cookbook. :)

That's terrible that Jenn is sick--again! :/ Did she just never get totally better or is this something new? Lotsa love and healing to you both!! <3

Yay! The funds for the other two are sent, and I'll see about Vegan Planet when I get home~ :)

It's a new thing. She was up all night with an INCREDIBLY upset stomach with lots of TMIness. ;;;-;;; I appreciate the love and healing, Rachel--she can certainly use it~ *so very, very, very much love*

We'll take it. :) How much should I add for shipping?

Date: 2011-03-17 04:54 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] sugarmaplelife.livejournal.com
It's an extra $1.17. So that's $6.17. :)

PS- I hope you don't mind if I call you up for a recipe every now and again. ;) I *love* this book. :D

Sent!

Is it weird and tacky to gift someone with a copy of a book that they bought from said person? You know, just for future reference and having nothing to do with this conversation whatsoever. XDDDDDDDDD

Eep! Somehow I missed this post, but I would be interested in a couple of these if you still have them available! First, the vegetarian ones: I am looking for something with super easy, family friendly recipes. We don't have access to fancy ingredients, so the recipes have to be pretty basic. Could you recommend one?

And Power of the Bear - what can you tell me about it? I'm about to look for it on amazon, but I might be interested in it, too. Thank you!

Oh, my zip is 63382, for reference. :)
